From Enquiry to Invoice — One Complete Workflow

Customer enquiries on your own website. Customers submit a request using your website’s enquiry form. All information — including contact details, address, requested service, and job description — is automatically organised inside your WorkServe dashboard.

Professional quotations. Create quotations using reusable templates, automatic VAT calculations, live totals with margin, and versioning. Customers can review and approve quotations online with a single click.

Scheduling & calendar. Plan surveys, installations, maintenance visits, and service appointments in one central calendar, with route optimisation to reduce unnecessary travel time. Optionally let customers pick from proposed time slots.

Invoicing. Generate professional invoices with live totals, PDF export, and a clear overview of outstanding and overdue invoices.

Online payments. Accept payments directly through the client portal using Mollie or Stripe — iDEAL, credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and Klarna. Customers can pay securely online in just a few clicks.

Your own client portal — no extra software required. Every customer automatically receives a personal account to track live progress (Enquiry → Site visit → Quotation → Approved → Scheduled → Completed), view and approve quotations, view and pay invoices, and ask questions — without separate customer-portal software.
